1960s 'Rope' Vase by Carstens Tonnieshof

This large vase is from the West German Pottery group led by brothers Christian and Ernst Carstens. The full rope texture and red & black glazing is out of this world. It measures 15.75" high and 6" in diameter. With makers mark.

A general word about "Vintage" if you're going to get out your magnifying glass: Because these are vintage items, most have been previously owned and enjoyed by others, unless I’ve specified otherwise. So please be aware that sometimes items will show some signs of wear and they will not be 100% perfect. I would not expect them to be or want them to be, signs of being previously loved adds even more character. So be sure to check the photos carefully, use your zoom button/pinching fingers to be fully aware of what to expect when you purchase these items.

• All items are packaged with a great amount of care, using recycled materials/boxes when possible. Returns are not accepted. If you are not happy with your purchase, please message me so I can make it right.
